Where do you ship?
We offer free standard shipping throughout the United States. Contact us if you need help entering your US address.
When will my order arrive?
Handling takes 1–2 business days; transit after dispatch takes 3–4 business days. The estimated total is 4–6 business days, not a guaranteed arrival date.
How is the cutoff applied?
7 PM at fixed UTC−06:00, Monday–Friday. Before cutoff, handling starts that day. At or after cutoff, on weekends or US federal holidays, handling starts the next business day.
Which size should I choose?
Measure your head circumference. S/M: 54–57 cm (21.3–22.4 in); L/XL: 58–61 cm (22.8–24.0 in). See each product for hat heights.
How should I wash my beanie?
Follow its material-specific care instructions. Wool blends should be gently hand washed and dried flat; cotton and acrylic have separate guidance on their product pages.
Can I return a beanie?
Contact us within 30 calendar days of receipt for authorization. Ordinary returns must be unused, unwashed, in original condition and packaging, with original labels and tags if supplied. Damage, defects and incorrect items are handled separately.
Who pays return shipping?
We cover company errors, damage and defects. Customers cover change-of-mind return shipping to our company address in France. No restocking fee applies.
When are refunds issued?
Approved refunds return automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days.
How is payment confirmed?
Payment status is determined through the payment service used for your purchase. Contact us with payment or order questions.
